Out of Eden, based in rural Cumbria where traditional values still count, was founded by Ian and Janet Hartley in 1993 after careers in hotels and catering. They take personal pride in ensuring that the principles on which the business was founded are upheld, supported by a hard working team led by Mike Gannon as Managing Director.
