We are a new name, but come with plenty of gelato making experience, having successfully run Gelato Casa Bella in Keswick for 10 years.

Matthew trained in Bologna at Carpigiani Gelato University. He uses traditional techniques to produce rich, intense flavours and creamy textured gelato.

Our partnership with Torpenhow Farmhouse Dairy means our Gelato tastes even better. They are a pasture fed, organic dairy farm, who lead the way with their regenerative farming techniques.
